Our strategy is to increase brand profitability by intelligent product portfolio development. The idea of this brand came up when we analyzed the 2020s households and specifically the kitchens. We will focus on products that fit well into the contemporary households in both tier 1 and tier 2 cities. This focus will help us market fewer products at bigger scales increasing both profitability and scope for cost differentiation.
Penetrating households one product at a time. We first enter the market with essential products that do not offer much differentiation between brands. These products will be made at an ideal cost-quality ratio that allows for penetration and customer retention.
